Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Non-Refundable
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of mind, personal circumstances, or late arrival. It reflects time reserved, preparation, and availability held specifically for you.
Balance Payment
The remaining 50% is payable prior to or on the day of your session. Sessions will not begin until full payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and limited to one change per booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time. No extension or partial refund will be provided.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that I must cancel or reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
A rescheduled session, or A full refund of any payments made, including the deposit
