These are intuitive, client-led sessions — not structured therapy — designed to support personal insight, self-awareness, and energetic empowerment. I work with your energy, helping you to:

· Explore ways to protect and anchor your energy that feel authentic to you

· Increase awareness of your inner experiences, patterns, and responses

· Sense and navigate your own energy and the energy of others

· Strengthen self-responsibility around choices, direction, and personal boundaries

· Develop trust in your intuition and inner guidance

· Acknowledge and explore all aspects of yourself — light, shadow, and everything in between

Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
