Unlike Energy Readings, these weekly or fortnightly sessions are participatory and spiritual. Rather than receiving information through my intuitive perception, the focus is on developing your own intuitive and psychic abilities. You are actively guided to explore how intuition communicates with you personally, helping you recognise your unique sensory cues, inner signals, and patterns of awareness.

The sessions are reflective and practical, offering exercises, exploration, and guidance to help you build skill, confidence, and trust in your own perception. The aim is not dependence, but empowerment—so you can continue developing insight, awareness, and intuitive understanding independently beyond the session itself.
